What’s included with a service call?For one service call fee, Lenny will coordinate a convenient time to come to your home to address your appliance needs. A service call includes a full diagnosis and expert assessment of your appliance issue. Work is estimated/billed from the service manual blue book plus tax.

What brands of appliances do you repair?We service most major appliance brands, including GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Electrolux, Amana, and more. If you're unsure, give us a call and Lenny will confirm for your specific model.

What appliances do you repair?We service all major household appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges/cooktops, washing machines, and dryers.

I have a busy schedule. Can I schedule an appointment that is convenient?Lenny tries to schedule appointments around schedules and work with you to find the best time for both parties. Service hours are typically 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday to allow enough flexibility for appointments and busy schedules. Lenny is happy to give you several options that can work for you around his other appointments.

How do I schedule an appointment?Just give Lenny a call at 724-452-7632! You won’t reach an annoying robotic menu or an out-sourced call center (though you may need to leave a message). Lenny answers the phone and returns calls himself. He’ll be glad to hear from you, talk through the issue, and find a convenient time to come to your home.

Should I repair or replace my appliance?It depends on the age and condition of your appliance. Lenny will evaluate the problem during the visit and provide an honest recommendation. In many cases, repairing can save you money compared to replacement—but factors like the expected lifespan of your machine, brand reliability, and the cost and availability of parts will all factor into the cost analysis of repairing vs. replacing.

What if parts need to be ordered—how long does that take?Most parts arrive within a few days. Rare or specialty components can take up to two weeks. Once received, Lenny will promptly coordinate a time to return to your home and complete the repair with no additional trip fees, labor charged as quoted.

How long does a typical repair take?Most repairs take an average of 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete, depending on the appliance and issue. Lenny has years of experience, so he is able to work quickly and efficiently.

Are repairs guaranteed?Yes. Lenny guarantees his workmanship—if the same issue recurs within the warranty period, he’ll return to resolve it at no extra charge. Parts are also covered under warranty when ordered through select genuine parts dealers Lenny trusts and uses regularly. Parts supplied by the customer or third-party sellers may not be covered.

How can I extend the life of my appliances?Routine maintenance helps greatly. Regular cleaning of coils, filters, seals, and vents can prevent issues early. Lenny also offers maintenance check-ups to catch small problems before they grow.

Are your technicians certified and insured?Yes. Lenny is a PSA Certified Master Technician and a member of the United Appliance Servicers Association. He maintains ongoing training and insurance coverage to ensure every repair meets the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Can I order parts from you and do the repair myself?Yes. If you are mechanically savvy and prefer to handle the repair yourself, Lenny can often help confirm the correct part and place the order for you. Shipping charges apply and UPS/FedEx/USPS delivery takes 2-7 additional days to arrive at your door.
